Q: Is this bot free?

A: Yes. The bot's core functionality is completely free. We do, however, offer ⭐ Premium features because running this complex infrastructure costs money. You want thousands of indexed files and high uptime? Pay up or shut up.

Q: Why does the bot say I reached my "Daily Limit"?

A: Because bandwidth costs money and you aren't paying for it. Free users get 10 uses of premium-tier commands (like ogfile) per day. If you want unlimited access, buy Premium. If not, wait 24 hours.

Q: My prefix isn't working / How do I use Slash Commands?

A: We support both. You can ping the bot @collage or use the / slash commands. Since v3.0.3, slash commands work in DMs and Group Chats too. If you can't figure out how to type a slash, there is no hope for you.

Q: Why did the command I ran fail/stop working?

A: It's either a temporary Discord API hiccup, you typed it wrong (99% likely), or we're fixing something critical. Try again in 30 seconds. Stop pinging me and hounds immediately.

Q: I used a command and it returned an error about a database connection.

A: Our database processes trillions of requests. Sometimes it blinks. Give it 10 seconds. If the command still doesn't work, report it once and go do something useful.

Q: The bot feels slow. Is it lagging?

A: No. We recently rewrote the entire caching engine. The bot is instant. If it feels slow, it's your internet connection or Discord's API dying. Don't blame our code for your bad ISP.

Q: Why can't I play music/use music commands?

A: Discord restricted music bots because people like you couldn't follow rules. We removed the old functions to avoid legal issues. Use the specialized artist commands or go pay for Spotify like a normal person.

Q: Why is the bot not showing the latest leaks?

A: Our infrastructure takes a moment to process the sheer volume of content being dumped daily. If it's not here, it's either not leaked, or we haven't certified the file yet. Calm down and check back later.

Q: Why is this bot so focused on Juice WRLD, Lil Uzi Vert, etc.?

A: Because they have the most leaks, and therefore, they are the best use of our server resources. If your obscure indie artist had 10,000 unreleased files, we'd build a database for them, too. They don't.

Q: Are you adding support for [Insert Random Rapper Here]?

A: Maybe. If they have an extensive leak history and a massive body of work, they're probably on the roadmap. If they dropped one mixtape last year, go use a search engine.

Q: I found an issue. How do I report a bug?

A: Join the official Discord Server and use the designated #bug-reports channel. Provide context; we don't guess.

Q: I was blacklisted/banned from the bot. Unban me.

A: No. If you managed to get banned, you likely tried to exploit our systems. If you really think you're innocent (you aren't), check the Appeals Page. Expect rejection.

Q: Why does the documentation read like a direct personal insult?

A: Because reading is a privilege, not a right. We spent time coding this monster. You spend five minutes reading the manual. We get to control the narrative. Seems like a fair trade to us.

Q: Can you add a feature that does [insert feature that only benefits you]?

A: If it's a genuinely good idea that benefits everyone, ping us about it in general. If it's a niche tool that only you will use, learn Python and build it yourself.

Q: Will you ever open-source the code?

A: Whenever we feel like it. Until then, our code is locked down. Stay tuned... or don't. We don't care.

Q: I want to be a Staff/Mod/Helper. How do I apply?

A: We don't accept applications. If you're useful, we notice you. If you're just asking for power, we already blocked your DMs.

Q: I'm a developer. Can I contribute to this project?

A: Are you serious? The complexity of our codebase would melt your entry-level laptop. Send us a massive server donation instead.
