1. Definitions

"We," "Our," or "Us": Refers to the development team of Collage, the creators, and maintainers of the Discord bot.

"You" or "Your": Refers to the end user of our services.

"Services": Refers to all the services and functionalities that the Discord bot Collage provides.

"Bot": Refers to the Discord bot Collage, which is used to offer services and commands on Discord servers.

2. Information We Collect

We collect and store certain types of data to offer the services you request and to improve your experience with Collage. The types of data we collect are as follows:

LastFM Username: When you use the -fmset (username) command, you consent to us storing your LastFM username in our database for the purpose of accessing your LastFM account data to provide personalized services. This data is used solely for integration purposes and is not shared with third parties.
Server IDs: We collect the server IDs of the Discord servers the bot joins. This information is used to monitor and prevent misuse or abuse of the bot within these servers.
Temporary Data Storage: To properly execute your commands, we may temporarily store certain data for a maximum of 7 days or 1,500 lines (whichever comes first).

3. How We Use Your Data

The data we collect is used to offer the services you request, maintain and improve the bot, and prevent misuse. Specifically, we use your data in the following ways:

User Data: We use your LastFM username to provide LastFM-related features, like fetching your music data. Your server ID may be used for abuse prevention, and if necessary, for blacklisting a server from using the bot.
Temporary Data: The temporary data (user ID, command, and optional data) is necessary for us to process your requests and execute commands properly. After 7 days or once 1,500 lines of data are accumulated, the data is automatically deleted.
Message Deletion: We store recently deleted messages from any user of our service for a maximum of two hours to prevent abuse and ensure compliance with our guidelines. After two hours, the message data is automatically deleted.

4. Your Rights and Control Over Your Data

You have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time. If you wish to delete your information or any stored data related to your account, you can do so by following these steps:

Request Deletion: Contact us via email at commitarson@representative.com or join our support server and send a direct message to one of the following team members: xbox360s, ihavemaxauraa, or houndswrldd.
Access to Data: You may also request a copy of the data we have stored about you.

5. Age Restrictions

Collage does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a user under 13 years old, we will immediately take steps to delete that data. If you believe we have mistakenly collected data from a child under 13, please contact us at commitarson@representative.com or via our support server.

6. Data Security

We are committed to ensuring the security of your personal information. We implement reasonable and industry-standard technical measures to protect the data we collect from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal Disclosure: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations.
